S H I M O R A N She padded forward before bursting into a full run. Her scarred paws hit the ground, leaves flew out from under her as she ran down a path. The leaves under her scattered like shattered glass. The moonlight bathed her and her pelt had an unnatural red glow under the moon. Slowing down her azure eyes shot to each movement that was under the white orb in the sky. The amber fae sat down in the middle of the trail and stared up at the moon. Snorting at her stupidity to just sit there in the middle of the trail staring at the orb. Standing she began to move again before she was running at full speed. The amber wolf closed her eyes for a moment to find herself running straight at the trees that shed there orange leaves of beauty. She curved sharply, not fast enough, and hit the tree with her side. Shimoran slumped to the ground under the tree as she she was bathed in fire orange leaves. Standing her ears flopped down in embarrassment. Oh the horror of the humiliation. Her paws carried her down the path once again at a slow trot. The red wolf veered from the path that she had made in her mind. In honesty she was just walking in random places. She began to speed her pace up as she felt her heart beat close to her skin. The paws on her limbs began to tingle with excitement and her skin began to tingle in anticipation. She didn't know what made her excited about where she was heading but she was for some odd reason. She ran forward and burst out of the shadows into the cool embrace of the wind and the invisible embrace of the moon's rays. Standing there, alone in the serene forest clearing her feelings intensified and she quivered with excitement. She stepped out and her eyes shot to every place she could see. A sigh of relief came and her excitement seemed to vanish. Had she been hoping to meet another? She didnt know and at the moment didnt care to find out. Shimoran began to slink through the underbrush and the grass that seemed scarce in the place she had chosen. Slinking forward she felt her excitement come once again. The red fae poked her head out of her secret place and then stood, alone under the moon... (Hmm not my best but...Imma stop here 'cause my head had been hurting and then I went braindead. Hope you like it.)

Here he was, all sprawled out on a flat rock that was perched on top of huge boulders, soaking up the sun. His light blue eyes were drooping closed and he had done nothing productive all day. But of course he had a very good meal this morning which had made him feel even lazier than normal. A yawn stretched his jaws before he lay his head back down on the rock, his front paws dangling over the edge of the rock as he blinked his eyes open for a moment.
From his perch, he had a clear view of a small clearing that lay beneath him and though nothing had passed through the clearing all day, he wasn't giving up hope just yet. Licking his lips, Bristol shifted a bit to get comfortable once more. His faded orange ears pricked forwards at the sound of approaching pawsteps. Lazily lifting his head off the rocks, his sky blue eyes gazed out in the distance before a amber colored she wolf became visible. She was running towards the clearing at a decent speed, weaving in between the trees. Well weaving between most of the trees. Bristol winced a bit when the female swerved to late to miss a nearby tree and hit her side on it.
She recovered quickly though and he smiled a bit as she came into the clearing. She hadn't sensed him yet because he was downwind from her and above her head. As she came closer and more into his view, he couldn't help but notice how similar she looked to himself. Same coloration and same blue eyes. Odd. Shrugging, he shoved the coincidence to the back of his mind before crossing his paws and laying his head down on top of them, a playful smile still on his face.
"The trees normally move out of my way too." he called down to her, the same playful smirk on his face as his light blue eyes watched her with amusement. His body was relaxed which showed her he wasn't a threat to her, more of a friend than a foe.

Shimoran's chops opened to taste the air and she inhaled. She sensed nothing but at the words of another she swung around to face where the voice had come from. Her lips pulled back to show fangs but then, she stopped. Her eyes shot around the area and landed on another. Were an eyebrow should have been lifted and the corners of her mouth turned down in a frown. She watched him in silence. "Yes well I assume they chose to stay still." Sitting down her fluffy tail wrapped around her paws. She was uncomfortable with looking at another much like herself. She felt like she was staring into a clear lake. She sat there, staring at him with an uncomfortable look on her face. "Well I suppose its proper to introduce myself. I am Shimoran." She spoke the words with an uncomfortable amount of wariness. Her blue eyes scanned over him before they landed on his face. "Curios." She muttered to herself. Sitting there she let out a soft sneeze and stood. Her paws still tingled and her heart slammed against her sternum. The fae cocked her head to the side as a thought entered her brain. She began to think she was hallucinating. "Oh my. I'm crazy." She whispered the words to herself and then looked at the male. "Do you happen to be real?" Her words sounded so odd to anyone but herself. She was beginning to think that her habit of being alone in the shadows had driven her crazy. Thinking back to her past she nodded, confirming the diagnosis that she had given herself. She was crazy, why else would a wolf identical to herself appear in front of Shimoran. She felt a cold chill run through her body and then she scratched her diagnosis. She wasnt crazy, perhaps she and the male just oddly looked similar. Standing there she began to feel the excitement that she so dearly started to adore drain from her body. Her breathing slowed, her heart began to pound at its normal rate and her limbs stopped quivering. Sitting she finally decided he was no threat and glanced every where else, checking the area once again. She began to lift her head and then walk around, checking behind things. She finally decided everything was safe and proper when she sat down in the underbrush, hiding herself from his view. She knew he would know she was there but she preferred to not be seen by someone who looked so much like herself. It was like facing her past, her regrets. Everything bad about herself in one sitting. Peering over the underbrush she had hidden in she could see him and her eyes narrowed in curiosity. She scooted forward before she standing out in the open. She honestly couldn't help but move around so much. She was beginning to get nervous. Stopping she stood there, facing him with her ice blue eyes locked onto his own.

She spoke to herself, asking herself if she was crazy and then agreeing with herself that she was. At first she seemed like a perfectly normal, sane, wolf but now that he saw her scurrying about and hiding behind bushes and such, he wasn't so sure she was as sane as he had originally thought. Shaking his head, he waited until she stopped moving around before he spoke once more. She hid behind a bush before peeking out to look at him once more and then coming back to stand in the open again so he could easily see her. When she remained still, he decided now was probably a good time to speak before she went back to hiding again.
"I'm pleased to inform you that I am indeed real. At least the last time I checked I was. And it's a pleasure to meet you my dear Shimoran. I'm Bristol." he introduced himself as well, flashing her a toothy grin before stretching his front legs out in front of him and yawning once more.
"Might I ask why you are acting so strangely?" he added, referring to her strange behavior just moments ago. He finally rose all the way to all fours but remained standing on top of the rocky ledge. If she was indeed crazy he didn't want her doing something strange to him.

Her ears flopped back in displeasure when he said 'my dead' but she held in her dislike to it. Watching him and then couldn't help but giggle. "Its a pleasure to meet you Bristol and the reason is simple. I was checking to see if there were any other wolves. Where I come from it is common for wolves to kill one another when they least expect it." She was sitting now, and acting as a completely sane wolf. "I am completely sane though I often worry that I am not. You see I spend my time alone in confinement." She explained as best as she could and watched as he stood. She took a daring leap and landed on a bolder not far from his. "Hmm interesting." She was looking at his pelt color and then her eyes shot to him. "If you do not mind me asking why is it that you look much like myself?" She inspected him before shrugging it off and jumping to the ground below. She slumped to the ground and lay her head on her paws. She watched him still, her body was tensed as if she expected him to pounce on her like a mad cat. Laying there she couldn't help but giggle. "I can't believe I thought I was crazy." She was already warming up to the wolf which meant she would begin to talk and never stop if he would let her. She was in a particularly good mood at the time so her usual side, the hard and cold side, was invisible to his azure eyes. Instead her kind and slightly annoying side was out in the open. At the sound of something in the branches above her eyes shot to the male and became cold. Though when the bird above flew away the coldness disintegrated to leave the same warm expression within the ice orbs. She sat up, her front limbs stretched to keep her hovering above the ground. "So Bristol what are you doing lasing around on a rock?" Her voice was filled with curiosity. The, perfectly sane, fae began to walk back to her hiding spot but passed it. She laid down on a rock, similar to his and watched him. She closed her own orbs though she could see him through the red lashes on her eyes. She wondered if she had looked insane, darting to places and then hiding. She decided yes and then curled up in a ball. Her face was tucked under her tail though she could still see him. Laying there she watched him through her fluffy tail and she sniffed the air, deciding at last that no one else was in the area.

At first he was a bit doubtful that she was speaking the truth, about her being sane that was but then when she started acting normal once more and relaxed he forgot about her earlier behavior and instead jumped gracefully to the ground below. His muscular legs kept him on all fours and when his large paws hit the leafy ground he shook out his copper tinted fur before shifting his gaze so he could look at her once more. His ears pricked as she spoke her question and he thought about his answer for a moment before speaking it which was a rare occurance for Bristol. Normally he said exactly what came to his mind, when it came to his mind. Which wasn't always that good of an idea.
"Oh just enjoying the sunlight, ya know. The little things. After all, if you can't learn to enjoy the little things in life then how will you ever be able to enjoy the big things. What about you? Surely you've got a pack or something that's wondering where you are." he answered, shrugging his shoulders before strolling casually closer to the rock she was curled up on so he could speak with her easier. Sitting down near her, his light blue eyes looked her over and he couldn't help but notice that they did look quite similar but her coat was a shade or two darker than his. While his was a light copper/orange color, hers was more of an amber/russet color. But their eyes were both a stunning blue. Weird. But oh well.

Shimoran looked up and nodded. "Me? Oh I was merely trying to take a walk that turned into a sprint." Her chops parted a giggle came from her. "Oh heavens no. I belong to no pack. Orders aren't my thing." She uncurled herself and sat down, her tail curled around her paws, covering the white toes. The long gash scar on her nose burned with memory as she thought. "I did belong to a pack though. It was a long time ago, about two years perhaps." She looked up at the sun light and let out a snort of annoyance. "I prefer the moonlight, suns too harsh if you ask me." She watched him. her azure eyes catching every movement that happened and constantly landed on Bristol. It was like she was paranoid that something would attack her but then again in her home everyone attacked everyone. Even her brother killed his parents, that alone was proof enough for Shimoran to act paranoid once in a while. She let out a lazy yawn, before closing her eyes as she slumped to the rock's hard embrace. She lay her head on her paws that hung off of the edge. The fae watched him through her lashes. She inspected his pelt and decided he was lighter than herself so they werent identical. They just looked like it. "Do you come from here Bristol?" Her curiosity, which was rare, made her ask the questions that she did. On the inside she hoped the question's she asked wouldn't back fire though she wouldn't ignore them. Just find a way to answer them without going too deeply into detail. Another yawn appeared from her. "I suppose relaxing is contagious." She chuckled the words and watched him. Her eyes began to drain of the excitement she had felt earlier and instead relaxation was replaced. (OOC: Ugh what a fail this was. Sorry. I decided to cut it short because I need to go get some food and didnt want to keep you waiting.)

He had sort of guessed she was loner by her scent. He knew what the Canopus pack smelled like thanks to his 'friendship' with Fiametta, the alphess of the pack. And he knew what the Martyr pack smelled like thanks to his meeting with Nalia, the alphess of that pack. Now that he thought about it, he was quite familiar with the high ranked females of this area. That was hopefully a good thing but only time would tell. As long as he didn't get to familiar with them it would probably be alright.
"Nah, pack life isn't really my thing. I don't like choosing sides and having enemies. I'd rather just get along with everyone. Plus I'm a very likeable guy and hate to deny others the opportunity to get to know me just cause I'm in a different pack." he replied, a playful and teasing grin on his face as he spoke. That probably wasn't entirely true but he did have a lot of friends. There weren't many wolves he didn't get along with. Usually the only ones he didn't get along with were the ones that caused unnecessary problems.

Shimoran nodded, listening to him. "Interesting. See I just dont like having others push me around and think themselves higher than myself. I often get in trouble because I dont like it." She frowned when she felt the need to yawn, once more, and fought it but her mouth opened despite her fight. "I'm starting to believe my mother. Staying up all night is bad for you." A pang in her heart struck her when she thought of her mother. Did she still miss her that much? The pain confirmed her inside question. "Likeable huh? I must disagree with that." A smile was on her lips, she couldnt help but tease him with that one comment. She usually kept her mouth shut and glared at others but her good mood seemed to be constant this day. She felt the relaxation start to kick in. She closed her eyes though her eras swiveled, telling both Bristol and others that she was fully awake. Her harks pricked forward and she searched for the voice of the male. When the sound of his breathing, though faint, hit her ears she let out a soft sigh of relief. She wasnt paranoid or getting attached to him. She had merely been curios as to if he had left. A single blue eye opened and looked at him. She took in the area for once. The red leaves splayed on the floor gave it a fiery feel and the relaxing feeling in the air seemed to almost put Shimoran to sleep. "So you are a loner huh? I must say I would have thought you would be in a pack. Interesting though I fully understand your reasoning." She opened her eyes and then closed them again. (Ooc:Sorry its just shy of 300 but I must go to sleep, its heading on 3:00 Am and Im starting to doze off at the computer.)

A sly smirk made it's way across his face as she said those words. He had to admit he was a bit surprised she had said something like that because it almost seemed like she was flirting with him as well but he couldn't be sure just yet. He took a couple steps towards her, stopping in front of the rock she lay on and sitting down in front of it. His light blue eyes gazed down at her as she remained curled up on the warm stone surface before he spoke his come back.
"You can't say I'm not likeable when you barely know me. You've gotta get to know me first." he replied, leaning towards her a bit and giving her a teasing wink while the smirk remained on his face.
He could tell she was tired by how much she kept yawning and he felt like he should maybe leave her alone to sleep though even when she rested her head down, her eyes would open every once and awhile to check things out and her ears were always alert as well. Pushing the thought to the back of his head, his light blue eyes continued to gaze at her curiously.

Where an eyebrow should have been lifted and she looked at him. "Fine tell me about yourself Sir Likeable." She stood and sat down, her tail wrapping its way around her paws. The white toes on her limbs peeped out from her tail though she did her best to hide them, not fond of the color of them. She could have preferred her toes to be the color of her actual foot. Her nose twitched with amusement as a small smile pulled the corners of her lips up. "I must say your relaxing is contagious." She hadn't even thought she was tired until she had laid down. Shimoran stood and stretched. Her limbs extended, her back arched and her chops split. Letting out a whine like yawn as she jumped from the rock to the floor. Her front paws connected first and then her back paws. The front paws left marks in the ground. She inspected them with curiosity. The right print had a gash in the pattern. Lifting her paw she fit it into the print. "Interesting. Never knew that wound made a scar....Oh well." She jumped up the boulders and sat, triumphantly, on the one Bristol had been sprawled on. "Seems I've taken your spot my dear Bristol." She lay herself across it, taking up each possible space she could before planting a grin on her lips. Her back paws lay, lazily, on the boulder and her front paws hung from it. Her head was lifted though the rest of her body was flat on the rock. She lay her head down, amused that when she did so nothing really changed. The red leaves that made the fire like ground seemed to breed, multiplying with each look she gave the floor. Her azure orbs closed, and didnt open though her ears pricked at each sound. They were forever alert. She glanced through her lashes at the floor, it looked much like fire which made her slightly uncomfortable in the area at first but she had grown to like the leaves already. Her eyes landed on Bristol through her lashes.

I'm afraid it takes more than simply asking to know me to actually get to know me. Ya see, I'm a very complex and mysterious wolf. You never know what I"m going to do or say. I don't belong to any pack so my loyalties rarely lie anywhere besides with myself. I can be your best friend or your worst enemy. It's all your choice. But. You must remember one thing. I am, a mystery." he finished his long dialect with a sly smirk and a grin. He wasn't sure if all of that had confused her or not but he had to admit he had made it all up on the spot, though it was all true.
His large paws carried him around the clearing before he stopped and sat down on the red and orange leaves once more. His light blue eyes looked over at her and he let his eyes wander over her for a moment, curious as to why she was here and where she had come from but he didn't ask her any of these questions because he knew that when he wasn't in the mood to share his thoughts, then he hated it when nosy wolves came along and asked him about his past and then tried to understand what he had gone through it was a pain. So he would let her tell him what she wanted.

She stared at him , slightly confused at what he had said. she shrugged slightly. "So Bristol how does one have to get to know you?" Her ears flapped backwards for a second in slight confusion, still trying to figure out what he had meant by the words. She had understood some of them but others had confused her. Her nose twitched slightly and she sat up. Her eyes flashed to the path she had mentally made and been following before flashing back to Bristol. Her eyes narrowed slightly. "Hmm no questions for me?" Her head cocked to the side and her eyes narrowed even more. "Interesting. Why?" Her head outstretched forward as she asked. Her head returned to normal position and she laid her tail on her paws, the white toes poked out slightly. The amber pelt on her skin began to glow a slight fire red as the sun moved over and Bristol. She was still slightly uncomfortable with the idea of another looking like her but she was beginning to see the difference's in their pelts. For one her toes were white and his, not. She was also a darker color than him. His an orange/copper and hers an amber/red or russet. She swiveled her ears around and then sat there, waiting for him to speak. To pass the time she would flick her ears back and then prick them forward. She did this over and over again before her mind began to wander away from her. It was like it had sprouted legs and took her back to her homelands. Shimoran began to think about her family, the dead family she had left there. The sight of a small pup in the jaws of another made her eyes harden but she softened them before it was noticeable. She began to push her thoughts away, mentally locking them up in a cage in her subconscious. Her thoughts and attention returned to the present. She focused her eyes on Bristol and then pricked her ears forward, hoping to catch the words that might come from him. She began to wonder why he had asked her no questions though she didn't, honestly, want to change that fact. She didnt like others knowing of her past. Her eyes drifted past Bristol and towards the red trees. Shouldn't their leaves be green or a fresh light color, not red? She cocked her head to the side and noticed that they were just red and orange. None of them had those brown spots that come in autumn and they weren't changing colors. She shook her head, refusing to believe that they could stay that color all year. Her azure orbs landed on Bristol, the harks on her cranium flopped down. Making her look slightly like a dog, they had flopped down from slight embarrassment at letting her attention be dragged away. They pricked forward seconds later though. Shimoran's fluffy tail lifted off of her paws and moved to the side.

"Over time. I'm a mystery, remember. So it takes time to get to know me." Bristol grinned broadly, thinking it to be quite funny that he had probably still left her confused and full of questions. His light blue eyes shone with mischief as he watched her, waiting to see what she would say.
When she did ask him why he didn't ask her any questions he simply shrugged and went back to walking around the clearing as he sniffed the air casually. His light copper colored ears pricked fowards as he listened to the forest around them, wondering if any other living things were present. Finally shrugging, he turned his attention back to her as he watched her once more.
"I don't ask questions because questions aren't the only way to get to know another wolf. Plus, I know that I don't like wolves that ask to many questions about another. I find it to be a bit irritating if I am not in the mood to answer them." he added, in response to her second question.

She rolled her eyes at his response. And then listened. When he responded once again the skin where eyebrows should have been rose. "I see." The she-wolf happened to be in a good mood so she shrugged and opened her mouth once again. "Seen how I've asked you so many questions you should be able to ask me questions. So.....Start." She laid down once again, her tail next to her side and her right paw over the left. Her head rested on them and her orbs watched him. She twitched her nose in annoyance as the sun made her cranium hot. The pelt on top of began to feel like it was burning or set on fire. The female stretched her paws and then shifted, making herself comfortable on the hard rock. She closed her blue orbs and listened, though her mind drifted away every once in a while she would respond to the questions. That was if he asked any. Shimoran opened an eye to see if he was there. The female stood and started to walk off of the rock. She jumped from boulder to boulder until she was on the ground. The fae stuck her head in the bushes and then snorted in annoyance before repeating the action in almost every bush she could find. "Nothing." She hissed the words to herself and then sat down. She couldnt find anything that was worth eating.
